It's beginning to look a lot like...
For a while, November was looking like we wouldn't be seeing winter anytime soon. 65-70 degree temperatures were the norm for the last two weeks and activities such as Frisbee, football, soccer, and slack lining were the norm when usually we have to wait until May to continue those fun times.
Now is the time when Campus Activities Council really kicks into full gear. We've started doing more Hour Afters and providing fun activities to do inside when the weather isn't as welcoming of fun outside.
I've started looking into what to do after college already too. While a part of me is eager to move to a bigger (warmer) city, I've become aware of two job opportunities that are intriguing and sound like something I'd be very interested in. One of the best parts about my major (Multimedia Communications) is how versatile it leaves me as I go search for work. I feel like thats one of the great things about a liberal arts education. It opens you up for a world of opportunities at your finger tips. Your education, and future, are exactly what you make of them.
I'll leave you with some fun pictures of the fall weather we enjoyed so much. Who knows, my next post pictures might have more white than orange and yellow in them.
